I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Strategy area at INSEAD. I will be on the academic job market 2021-2022.
My research interests include technology management, strategic human capital, organization design and strategy. I am particularly interested in whether and how firms adopt artificial intelligence (AI), and the impact of disruptive technology on the Future of Work. I collaborate closely with firms to explore research questions using both quantitative methods and randomized field experiments, complimented by qualitative methods. My research has received funding from Strategy Research Foundation (SRF) Dissertation Research Grant and Desmarais Fund for Research in AI.
I earned my bachelor's degrees from Nankai University and the University of Canterbury, and a master's degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to academia, I co-founded a consulting firm.
